9. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS
For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds will be processed via:

- UPI
- Other available refund methods
Customers may be required to provide accurate bank account or UPI details to receive refunds.
10. CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
